The Charter Township of Bloomfield, is seeking proposals from qualified firms/ organizations/ entities to perform a comprehensive meter replacement program for approximately 18,382 metered Bloomfield Township water accounts. This project shall be designed as a multi-year meter replacement program. This includes providing all necessary meters, tools, labor, logistics and incidentals for complete installation of replacement water meters, regulators and transmitters. This meter replacement proposal shall also include optional pricing to verify service line material in each customer facility in accordance with MDEGLE guidance and industry standards. Additionally, the Township would like the option of providing meters and associated readers or having them provided by the contractor.
