Renovation of a residential development in Laurel Springs, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Notice Is hereby given that the Borough of Laurel Springs will receive sealed bids for the Emergency Generator Installation at the Cord Mansion Bidders, and any subcontractors in the following classifications, must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction. Classifications for this project are: Prime/Bidding Contractor C009 General Construction, Prime Subcontractors, C030 Plumbing, C047 Electrical Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified or cashiers check payable to the Borough of Laurel Springs for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, or an acceptable bid bond. A Consent of Surety or Bid Letter from an approved surety company stating that they will provide payment performance and completion bond for one hundred percent (100%) ofthe contract price, if a contract is awarded, must also accompany the bid. Bids must include the completed Corporate Ownership Disclosure, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and the No Material Change of Circumstances Affidavit forms. Refer to the other bidding requirements described in the Instruction to Bidders and Supplemental Instructions to Bidders Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) (AntiDiscrimination Law). All successful bidders shall comply with the requirements of the New Jersey Affirmative Action Regulations, and N.J.A.C. 10:5-31 et seq. (Equal Employment Opportunities for Minorities and Women) and submit the appropriate documentation. It is agreed by submission of a proposal that the bid price shall be irrevocable for a period of sixty (60) days from the bld opening date The Borough of Laurel Springs reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in any bid or bids, to accept such bid or bids, and to make such awards as may be In the best interests of the Borough of Laurel Springs. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Architects office by 4;00 PM, June 30,2022. If required, faxed addenda will be sent to bidders July 1,2022.
