A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Town of Leesburg, Virginia ("Town") is requesting sealed bids from qualified Bidders to provide trail improvement services for the Potomac Crossing Park Trail Improvements project. A five-foot-wide, cement-treated aggregate trail that is approximately 520 feet long is to be installed over an existing dirt trail. In addition, a new five-foot-wide concrete sidewalk leading to a porta-potty pad will be constructed, and an eight-foot-tall fence will be constructed around the porta-potty. The awarded bidder, also referred to herein as "Contractor", shall provide construction services, including, but not limited to installing cement-treated aggregate trail, concrete sidewalk and pad, wooden fence, root pruning, and miscellaneous site work and all incidentals related thereto to complete all of the construction work as shown on the attached plans and specifications.
