Durham College of Applied Arts and Technology ("Durham College") is accepting proposals for renovations to an existing vacant space to create a new Trades Innovation Centre which will be branded under the name 'PROTO', located inside the Main Building (Shop Area) at Durham College, 1610 Champlain Ave, Whitby, ON, as further described in the Associated Bid Documents and Deliverables. The scope of work will also be expanded through a cash allowance to include interior renovations and fit out immediately adjacent to the area of the Trades Innovation Centre to create a new Electric Vehicle (EV) Lab for academic learning.
