The tender must be presented by a contractor having, in Quebec, an establishment where he exercises his activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with his name and accessible during normal business hours. For information, the scope of the work covered by this call for tenders is between $40,000 and $45,000. The contractor must consider this order of magnitude only as an indication and not as a minimum or a maximum. The Minister particularly draws your attention to clauses 3.12 and 3.13 of the call for tenders document, which indicate the conditions of contractor eligibility and compliance of tenders to be respected in the context of this call for tenders. The Minister does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received, in particular when he judges that the prices are too high or disproportionate or do not reflect a fair price.
