Site work for a communication facility in Calhoun, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.

Sought is a turnkey project for the design and construction of a new 300' steel freestanding emergency communications tower and supporting infrastructure on existing County property located in Calhoun, KY at (37.548540, -87.258618), including but not limited to the following: all engineering and design for the tower and infrastructure, pre-design testing of soil and other as needed, third party construction testing, study, permits, site work, labor, materials, equipment, tools and services necessary for the design, construction, installation and successful operation of the tower, infrastructure and emergency communications equipment. The project to be constructed and pursuant to this Contract will be financed with assistance from the Delta Regional Authority and is subject to all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations. A Bid bond or certified check for a value of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bidder's total bid amount, including all alternatives, bids, items and other items as noted. The guarantee shall be made out to: McLean County Fiscal Court, Kentucky. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. Only the original Form of Proposal is required, no additional copies are required. If a bidder wishes to mail a bid, it should be mailed to McLean County Fiscal Court, P.O. Box 127 Calhoun, Kentucky, 42327-0127 to the attention of Judge/Executive Curtis Dame. If bid is mailed, it must be received prior to the bid time and date noted. Facsimile bids will NOT be allowed. Bids received after the deadline will not be opened. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be obtained by emailing hunterphillips@gradd.com, or by visiting website. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed, Section 109, E.O. 11246 and Title VI Minority bidders are encouraged to bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Liquidated damages : Bidder must agree also to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $200.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as hereinafter provided in the General Conditions
