Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The successful proponent will have total control over the Design Services and of the Work for the Ice Plant Replacement project. At a minimum, the scope of work for the "Ice Plant Replacement" project includes: Design, supply and installation of all equipment and components required to replace the current systems in the Arena plant room. Design, supply and installation of any and all electrical, mechanical and piping replacement/upgrades required in order to operate the aforementioned plant. Completion of any permitting or other authorization required through, but not limited to the National Building Code, and the Alberta Building Code for the design, supply or installation during this project. Decommissioning, demolition, and removal of all components of the ice plant located in and outside of the Ice Rink plant rooms as well as all associated piping and building envelope penetrations.
