The Economic Development Authority of Botetourt County is accepting proposals for the redevelopment of the Old Colonial Elementary School located at 2941 Webster Road, Blue Ridge, Virginia 24064. Botetourt County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to accept a proposal which is deemed to be in its best interest. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
