It should be noted that the architectural firm selected must have retained the services of a structural engineer who will provide it with the required expertise in this discipline. In the event of the discovery of a dangerous condition, the service provider retained could be called upon to develop a solution including the development of plans and specifications as well as the supervision of construction work. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
