Renovation of a detention facility in Pueblo, Colorado. Working plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
As of July 26, 2022, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid. SCOPE OF WORK - Project would replace the existing basketball court at the Pueblo County Jail. Plans and specifications are attached. Contract time: To be determined by Contractor. Bidder is allowed only two employees to attend the non-mandatory pre-bid conference. Certificates of insurance (coverage in accordance with the contract documents) will be required of the successful bidder. Those wishing to obtain bidding document(s) directly from the office of the Pueblo County Purchasing Division, must first call (719) 583-6095 to schedule an appointment to do so. The subject line of the email must read: Sealed Bid, IFB No. 22-26 - Basketball Court Replacement. Bids which are received after the time and date stated above will not be considered, and any bid so received after the scheduled closing time and date mentioned above shall be returned to the submitting firm unopened. For electronically submitted bids, the date and time listed in the Outlook Inbox for the above- referenced email address will be the official date and time of when a bid was received.
