The respondent is requested to provide a proposal to the Borough of Runnemede, Middlesex County, State of New Jersey, for the Supply of Electricity for a fixed term to residential electrical customers of the Borough of Runnemede. All required information except pricing information must be submitted to the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey in a sealed envelope with the RFB name and number clearly marked on the front of the envelope/package Any questions regarding this RFB must be sent in writing to Mr. John Berg at john@goodenergy.com with a copy to Mr. Anthony La Marco at coop@escnj.us and will be accepted up until June 22, 2022. The Educational Services Commission of New Jersey reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, to waive any formalities or irregularities in any proposal, and to accept the proposal, to the extent permitted by law (N.J.S.A. 48:3-92), and Local public Contracts Law P.L. 1971 c. 198 (C. 40A:11-1 et seq.) that are in the best interest of The Borough of Runnemede and the end-users of the required electricity. *Label on the outside of the envelope that the enclosed information is in response to Government Energy Aggregation, Bid No. GEA 22/23-04. The proposal must be submitted in the format required by the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey. No late submissions will be accepted. All properly submitted sealed proposals will be publicly opened, and reviewed by the bid committee in the Office of the Business Administrator.
