Renovation of a mixed-use development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Eau Claire Area School District will be accepting bids for the Eau Claire Administrative Building Rooftop Unit Replacement Project. Work includes removal of existing rooftop unit and providing a new rooftop unit in same location, including associated structural modifications. The Eau Claire Area School District reserves the right to reject all proposals not deemed in the best interest of the school district Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid due date.
