Renovation of a transportation facility in Wilsey, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
BASE BID: Replace roof per RTI drawings dated June 2022 and Project Manual dated 6/15/22. Include a $30,000 allowance for lightning protection. See exhibit A. Mark the Record Drawings and Shop Drawings, whichever is most capable of showing actual physical conditions, completely and accurately. If Shop Drawings are marked, show cress-reference on the Contract Drawings. 4. Mark Record Drawings with red font and markings. Supplement with other colors to distinguish between different categories of the Work at the same location. 5. Mark important additional information that was either shown schematically or omitted from original Drawings. 6. Note Construction Change Directive numbers, alternate numbers, Change Order numbers, and similar identification, where applicable.
