The City of Minot (herein after referred to as "City") is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") for qualified third parties interested in removing the existing structure located on 4th Addition, Lot 1 of the Minot International Airport ("MOT"). Proposers must be capable of removing the structure within the timeframe identified in this RFP. Any submissions received after the time and date stated above will be returned considered as non-responsive. The recommendation for award will be taken to the City Council on July 18, 2022. The City reserves the right to refuse or reject any or all proposals and to waive minor irregularities and formalities and to accept the submission determined to be the best and most advantageous to the City.
