Crestwood Place apartment complex is a Village-owned living facility. The Village contracts with a private firm to provide day-to-day maintenance, care, and management. The recommendations of this assessment and other proposed Crestwood projects are listed below. Masonry/Tuckpointing on Building C - $490,000 Elevator Control Replacement in Buildings B & C - $290,000 Water Boiler Replacements - $130,000 Window Sealant Replacement at Buildings A, B & C - $55,000 (three-year project) This project is included in the city's 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of June 30, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
