Kitchen and Bathroom Cabinets and Countertops at various NHA Sites on an as needed basis. The contract term shall be for one (1) years with two (2) one (1) year option to renew. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and NJAC 17:27 (PL 1975 c 127 Affirmative Action). This solicitation is subject to the requirements of NJSA 40A:11-1 et seq. and 2 CFR 200 et seq. These bids are being solicited through a Fair and Open Process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The Housing Authority of the City of Newark reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informality in the Bidding. The NHA also reserves the right to award all or a portion of the award to one (1) or more responsible responsive Bidders. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of the Bids without the consent of the Housing Authority of the City of Newark. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted, by Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. electronically using the question submission function specific to this solicitation. All questions receive before the aforementioned deadline will be answered electronically.
