Site work and paving for a civil project in Crosby, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Project scope shall include the installation of approximately 3,500 LF of 6"-12" PVC waterline; 3,200 LF of 8"-12" PVC gravity sanitary sewer; 4,500 LF of 24"- 54" RCP storm sewer; 16,500 SY of 6" reinforced concrete pavement. ILMS NO. 22003545 It is the responsibility of the Contractor bidding the project to ensure the accuracy of the reproduction of all Bid Documents and Construction Drawings. This includes, but is not limited to, proper scaling, paper width and length, etc. Failure to do so may result in errors in the Unit Bid Quantities and/or Bid Amounts. TBPE No. F-726 TBPLS No. 10092300 Anticipated start date is October 1, 2023. Liquidated Damages: Contractor shall be liable to Owner for liquidated damages in the amount of $1,000.00 for each such calendar day
