Renovation of an educational facility in Cicero, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of providing all work per Contract Documents dated 06/10/2022 prepared by FGM Architects Inc. 1211 W. 22nd St. Oakbrook, IL 60523 and Bid Manual dated 06/20/2022 prepared by Vision Construction & Consulting, Inc. 1733 N. 33rd Ave. Stone Park, IL 60165 and all addenda issued by Vision Construction and Consulting, Inc. during the bid period. Additional Details pertaining to the construction project are set forth in the Bid Documents, available on or after 06/24/2022.. A tour of the work areas will follow the meeting. Additional tours of work areas can be arranged by contacting Vision Construction & Consulting, Inc. attn. Matt Brokenshire, 708.488.1926, email: matt@visionconstruction.us . All bidders and their subs are invited to attend the pre-bid meeting. No immediate decision will be rendered. Bids will be tabulated, studied, and presented to the Owner. Contracts will be awarded, if at all, by Cicero School District 99 at their next Board meeting. All questions concerning the bid must be submitted to Vision Construction & Consulting, Inc. in writing. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage requirements in accordance with IDOL for Cook County, Illinois and with all equal employment requirements. . The District reserves the right to defer the award of the contract(s) for a period not to exceed sixty (60) calendar days from the date bids are received, and to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive. technicalities. *Addendum 01 has been released.
