Prime Trade Agreements will be assigned to the Construction Manager, Vision Construction & Consulting, Inc. The project consists of providing all work per drawings A1.21LN & S1.0 dated 06/22/2022 and Project Manual dated 04/18/2022 prepared by FGM Architects Inc. 1211 W. 22nd St. Oakbrook, IL, Bid Manual dated 06/23/2022 prepared by Vision Construction & Consulting, Inc. 1733 N. 33rd Ave. Stone Park, IL 60165, and all addenda issued by Vision Construction and Consulting, Inc. during the bid period. Additional Details pertaining to the construction project are set forth in the Bid Documents, available on or after 06/29/2022. *Addendum 01 has been released.
