Delivery Point 160 Woodlawn Avenue, Yonkers NY 10704 Purchase Type Term: 07/01/2022 12:00 AM EDT - 06/30/2023 12:00 AM EDT Questions are submitted online No Quotation is to be submitted on the attached request for quotation form only via BidNet or email to nicole.galdi@yonkersny.gov only. All prices are to be firm and include inside delivery to swim area, unpacking and removal/disposal of packing materials. Swim area door is approximately 200 feet from the street and easily accessible if using a mid-sized truck. Products will need to be brought down five (5) steps. A pallet jack can be used for delivery. Any additional charges not listed on this form must be included in the unit price of each item (i.e. carboy deposit/credit). Department will order items through June 30, 2023. Vendor must be able to supply all items requested as this will be an all or none class award. All quantities listed on this quotation are estimates and may not be purchased in full throughout the year. The City will not guarantee a minimum order. However, for the most part, orders consist of 30 carboys of 5 gallon chlorine, 8-12 cases of acid, and 400 pounds of bi-carb. The City reserves the right to order as much or as little of each product as needed throughout the year.
