Each bid must be made upon the Proposal Form provided in the set of specifications and must be accompanied by a bank check or cashier's check drawn on a solvent bank in Cuyahoga County in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, or a bid bond also in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid as a guarantee that if said bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and a Surety Bond satisfactory to said Village in an amount equal to 100% of the total bid will be furnished. SCOPE The work associated with the Community Garden ADA Accessibility Improvements Project consists of the demolition and removal of the existing asphalt drive and portions of the existing concrete walk located at the Village of Woodmere auxiliary building at 3648 Brainard Road. The project also includes the construction of a new concrete parking area, concrete walk, and the replacement of an existing fence gate latch as required to meet ADA compliance standards The contract administrator or other inspector may visit the project site and interview some of the workers concerning their employment on the project.
