THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF INCORPORATING A RAILING SYSTEM TO BOTH THE HOME AND VISITOR BLEACHERS AT FRANKLIN COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL. The procedure for withdrawal of bids shall be according to Section 2.2-4330, of the Code of Virginia. Bidders failing to comply therewith waive all rights to claim an error. Labor, materials, operational equipment, and services necessary for the New railings for Franklin County high school football stadium , 700 Tanyard Rd, Rocky Mount, VA 24151 The Project will be awarded on a lump sum basis of the Base Bid. Bidders will be required to leave their name, company name and email address prior to downloading bidding documents. Password "anonymous" NO PARTIAL SETS OF DOCUMENTS WILL BE ISSUED. Bidder's attention is invited to the requirements of Section 54.1-1103 of the Code of Virginia pertaining to registration of Contractors. The Owner requires that the construction be Substantially Complete by no later than February 15, 2023 and final completion by February 28, 2023. It is anticipated that the date for commencement of work will be November 14, 2022. The contractor is requested to order material and have railings fabricated upon notice of intent to award in August 2022 and ready to start installation in November 2022. A. Removal of asbestos work.
