This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors (Tailored for quotes under FAR part 13), evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. USCG Base Galveston has a requirement to purchase maintenance for a boiler service to include: The Contractor shall provide the proper mix of personnel, management, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, transportation, and other items or services (except utilities and limited facilities as defined in section 12.0) required for inspection and minor maintenance of all Boilers listed in Attachment (1) of this SOW. All inspections and maintenance performed under this contract shall comply with federal, state, and local regulations and codes.
