Saving Project...

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Campbellton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project consist of the phase #1 for a new parking lot. The scope includes the excavation, site draining (underground piping, manholes and catch basins), underground electrical conduit, concrete curbs and sidewalks, parking lot base and sub-base, light poles, flag poles, EV charging station, access gate, trees, topsoil, etc... Final grading, Asphalt and lines painting will be part of phase #2. Sub-trade tenders will close at the Fredericton Northwest Construction Association Bid Depository at 2:00 p.m., July 19, 2022, for the following: 1. Electrical (including Cash Allowance). Tender documents are available to contractors upon receipt of a non-refundable, $200.00 payment to CLAD Inc. Tender documents may be obtained at the office of CLAD Inc., located at 467 Main Street, Suite 2, Bathurst, NB (TEL : (506) 545-6334). Each tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tendered quotation, made payable to "Regional Health Authority "A"/ Vitalité Health Network". Upon award of contract, the successful bidder shall furnish the Owner with a Performance Bond and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond for an amount equal to fifty percent each of the contract price. Apparent low bidder Edline Construction Ltd. - $4,558,000.00
