**As of September 28, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Town of Nolensville is accepting sealed bids for the construction of the Bradfield Drive Flood Redirection Barrier. This Invitation to Bid is subject to the instructions, conditions, specifications, addenda, and other elements, including those incorporated by reference. Failure of a bidder to comply with the listing requirement voids the bid and the bid may not be opened. Subcontractors must be declared on the outside of the sealed envelope and licensing information must be included on the envelope for subcontractors. Bids that do not adhere to these submittal requirements will be considered non-responsive. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. The Town of Nolensville shall reserve the right to reject any and all bids if said body deems it necessary and in the best interest of the citizens of Nolensville, Tennessee.
