Renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Nolensville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The envelope containing the Written Proposals must be sealed and addressed to Montique Luster, Town Recorder, and plainly marked "Proposal for Public Works Building addition". Proposals that do not adhere to these proposal requirements will be considered non-responsive. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. The Town of Nolensville shall reserve the right to reject any and all Written Proposals if said body deems it necessary and in the best interest of the citizens of Nolensville, Tennessee. Questions regarding the RFP should be directed to Kyle Billingsley via email at kbillingsley@nolensvilletn.gov. No answers will be given over the phone. Bidder must supply all necessary materials for construction of a 60'x 20' Public Works Building addition, to be added as a lean-to on the northwest side of the existing Public Works building at 2320 Newsome Lane, Nolensville, TN 37135. Addition is to include framing of a 20' x 20' office room and 6'x6' bathroom. Materials may include but not be limited to: - Grading of site - Gravel - Concrete slab - Steel trusses - Lumber - Extension of existing plumbing and electrical - Insulation and Drywall - Interior and exterior door(s)
