Renovation of a mixed-use development in Roswell, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and theater / auditorium.

Two elevators are located at City Hall, 38 Hill Street, Roswell, GA 30075 and one elevator is located at the Cultural Arts Center, 950 Forrest Street, Roswell, GA 30075 (across the street from City Hall). On June 29th, there will be four scheduled options for WALK-INS and vendors can meet the site visit and inspection requirement WITHOUT an appointment. Walk-in times will be in one (1) hour increments: 8:30 AM, 9:30 AM, 2:00 PM, and 3:00 PM EDT. Any site visit and inspections after June 29th will be by appointment ONLY. The City of Roswell is seeking the services of a qualified Contractor/Proposer to perform modernization of three (3) elevators located in two (2) City-owned buildings. The expected work will include the replacement, refurbishment, or retained mechanical and electrical components, removal and disposal of elevator components not being used in the modernization, supply and installation of new components, list of updates required in the elevator mechanical room per the Code mandated by the State of Georgia, a minimum one-year warranty, a value engineering review, IT requirements, and all other work required to provide fully functional and safe State of Georgia certified elevators.
