Site work for a water / sewer project in Roswell, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Roswell, Georgia ("the City"), is requesting offers from City of Roswell pre-qualified Stormwater Lining construction contractors for the cleaning and lining of Stormwater pipe located throughout the city at multiple locations. Each project is described in the Plans and Specifications Posted to the Project Site. Contractor will be responsible for all signage. A Traffic Control Plan and Right of Way Permit (if required) will be required to be obtained by the successful contractor. There will be no charge for any City Issued required permits. No permits have been obtained. No Pre-Bids are planned. The City may reject any one or all bids. Project locations: Martin Rd. @ Cedar Knoll Dr. 11885 Mountain Laurel Dr. 89 Nancy Trl. 335 Spindle Tree Trace 110 Woodstock St. This is a Locally Funded project. A 5% Bid Bond is required to be submitted with the bid and 100% Payment and Performance bonds will be required by the successful contractor.
