The Municipality of Clarington is seeking a qualified company to complete the expansion works of the Bowmanville Cemetery located at 1150 Haines Street in Bowmanville. All work is to be completed in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained herein. The project scope includes: - Site grading / earthworks including exportation of excess material off site - Installation of a local 25-50 mm domestic watermain including appurtenances - Installation of a local storm sewer including catchment and maintenance structures - Construction of the internal road including subdrain installation, culverts, and site entrance reinstatement works - Construction of an internal stormwater management facility - Construction of a 3.0m wide multi-use path connecting to the Toyota Trail - Site planting / landscaping works Refer to tender document and drawings for full specifications and requirements for this project.
