It is the intent of the Culpeper County is to contract a firm fixed price with one contractor, hereafter referred to as the "Contractor", to furnish all supervision, material, labor, equipment, machinery, and accessories necessary for the construction of two (2) additional parking lots with lighting at the Culpeper County Sports Complex Fieldhouse located at 16388 Competitions Drive, Culpeper, VA 22701, and the Culpeper County Sheriff's Office located at 14023 Public Safety Court, Culpeper, VA 22701. All contractors are responsible for any addendums issued for this project. All notifications of any Addendums will be posted on the Culpeper County Purchasing Website. QUESTIONS

SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, material, labor, equipment, machinery, and accessories necessary for the construction of two (2) additional parking lots with lighting at
the Culpeper County Sports Complex Fieldhouse, and at the Culpeper County Sheriff's Office both owned by the County of Culpeper. Attachment A (Site Plan Amendment for Additional Parking Area, Culpeper County Sports Complex), and Attachment B (Site Plan Amendment for Culpeper County Sheriff's Office Additional Parking) provides a more detail Scope of Work and requirements for the two projects.
