*As of September 22, 2022, a contractor has been awarded. The work, in general, consists of expanding the Transfer Area with stormwater conveyance pipeline improvements, drop inlets, earth grading, earthwork, concrete site work, hot mix asphalt paving, pavement stripping, extending underground utilities and furnishing a Metal Building System. Improvements to the Shop Area include pavement removal, earthwork, drainage inlet, concrete sitework, aggregate base, and hot mix asphalt. Improvements to the Gas Collection System include the extend the gas collection header below grade, relocate condensate pump, and reconfigure gas collection laterals above grade. Pre-Qualification for Bidders: Not Required Project Duration: 60 Work Days Liquidated Damages: $4,200.00 Per Work Day Bid Bond Percentage: 10%
