Renovation of a library in Moscow, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include design, provision and installation of a clean agent fire suppression system to protect rooms 004A and 004B located in the basement of the University of Idaho Library. The scope of work includes the items shown below. - Envelope sealing - Allowance No. 1: Include the sum of $10,000 to cover the confirmation of the integrity of the existing fire caulk and grout and subsequent repair and / or replacement as shown on details 2 through 7 on sheet M4.0 and details 1 through 14 on sheet M4.0A. - Fire / Smoke Dampers - Clean Agent Fire Suppression System - Reserve Agent Supply. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
