Site work for a civil project in Osceola, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Osceola will receive sealed bids for the following projects: 1. The construction of a TC or a T4 Tencarver pump station located of 900 feet west of Mockingbird Street in Osceola, Arkansas. 2. The bore of approximately 900 feet under and the installation of either a 8" or 6" ductiorn iron pipe. The City of Osceola, Arkansas reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount or to reject any or all bids and waive formalities what-so-ever. The City of Osceola, Arkansas is an Equal opportunity Employer. The city notifies all bidders that it does not discriminate and DBE's, minority and women vendors are encouraged to apply. This is a federal grant project is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; the Am. Rescue Plan Act, the Uniform Grant Guidance and it new Domestic Preference applies.
