The City of Gahanna, Ohio, (City) requests the submission of proposals from qualified firms capable of satisfying the City's needs for construction manager at risk services for an existing building renovation and expansion project located at 825 Tech Center Dr. This project includes the programming and redesign of an existing 100,000 square foot class A office building and the design of an approximately 31,000 square foot building addition (new construction) located on the same property. The existing office building will be redesigned and renovated for the following functional areas: City Hall, Police Headquarters, Mayor's Court, City Council, and Senior Center.
