Culvert Replacement of Prudential Drive over West Highland Creek (ID 950), and Culvert Replacement of Chestermere Blvd. For the performance of the Work, as further described in Part 3 (DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS) and the Contract (the "Project") for the replacement of Culvert ID950 - Prudential Drive over West Highland Creek and Culvert ID956 - Chestermere Boulevard over West Highland Creek. Work includes but not limited to existing culvert removals and new culvert replacements, temporary creek bypass, temporary protection and traffic control, identifying and protection existing utilities, reconstruction of culvert embankment, roadway and sidewalks, and site restoration, all as shown in the Contact Documents. Delivery Schedule for Goods or Services OR Contract Duration: Culvert ID 950 - Prudential Drive over West Highland Creek: 260 Calendar Days from the date of Order to Commence Site Works Culvert ID 956 - Chestermere Blvd. over West Highland Creek: 120 Calendar Days from the date of Order to Commence Site Works The Supplier, as the Contractor (as defined in the Construction Act), must have achieved substantial performance (as defined in the Construction Act) on their reference projects for at least two (2) structural culvert and one (1) bridge projects (new construction or replacement) in the last ten (10) years, where the hydraulic cross section (opening) of the culvert or bridge in a given location is not less than ten (10) square metres, temporary in-water work such as cofferdams, stream diversions, or temporary flow passage systems were required, and the cost of each of the project is not less than three million Canadian Dollars ($3,000,000) excluding taxes, at time of award.
