Temporary Traffic Signal - Graham Boulevard/Laketon Road Intersection A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the Borough of Wilkinsburg, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. All bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and submit proof thereof with their bid. Pennsylvania prevailing mini- mum wage rates will apply. Wilkinsburg Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Borough of Wilkinsburg for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding the Contract.
