Solicitation of Bids for HVAC Renovations at Ignite Achievement Academy @ Elder Diggs School 42 Scope of Work Replacement of all major mechanical (HVAC) systems including existing fan powered terminal boxes with new variable air volume terminal boxes, replacement of existing boilers, replacement of existing chillers, replacement of existing air handling units, replacement of existing fan coil units, replacement of existing temperature controls system/building automation system, modifications to existing electrical systems to accommodate mechanical upgrades, and other Work. Detailed scope of work for all facets of the project are outlined in the specification documents. Bidders may not physically drop off bids prior to 11:00 a.m. (EST) on the deadline date. The name of the bid must be plainly indicated on the outside of the envelope to ensure the bid is properly received. All persons entering the building are required to sign in at the receptionist desk. Bids will be publicly opened at the John Morton Finney Educational Services Center Board Room located at 120 E. Walnut St., Indianapolis, IN 46204, at the indicated due date and time. The Board reserves all rights to extend or postpone the due date/bid opening without further advertisement. Late bids will be rejected. All rights are reserved to reject any and all bids.
