Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract Professional Engineering evaluation, design, permitting, oversight, construction observation and operational testing services for the Green Meadows Water Treatment Plant Class I Deep Injection Well (DIW) No. 2 construction. No Pre-proposal Conference is scheduled at this time. It has been determined that the specifications and scope of work within this solicitation are adequate to describe the product or services being requested. A pre-proposal conference and site visit has not been scheduled for this solicitation. Questions regarding this Request for Proposal are to be directed, in writing, to the individual listed below using the email address listed below or faxed to (239) 485 8383 during normal working hours. Carolina Rodriguez crodriguez3@LeeGov.com Damages paid usually in the form of monetary payment, agreed by the parties to a contract which are due and payable as damages by the party who breaches all or part of the contract. May be applied on a daily basis for as long as the breach is in effect. Proposer should provide, at the time of the opening of the proposal, all necessary permits and/or licenses required for this product and/or service. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
