Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Irving, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all concrete, steel, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to remove and haul-off existing standing seam roof panels, remove and replace water damaged tongue and groove decking and install new standing seam roofing panels, together with all associated appurtenances to complete this project in the City of Irving. The City of Irving (the "City") is contracting for renovations for the West Park Pavilion Roof Replacement Project, which is located in a CDBG-eligible area. The Project will be financed in whole or in part with assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is subject to all applicable Federal laws and regulations. Bidders must comply with all applicable HUD rules and regulations governing construction projects funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
