The owner anticipates on breaking ground in November 2022, with construction being completed early 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Sealed proposals will be received by the County of Wake in the Purchasing Department, Suite 2900, Wake County Justice Center, 301 McDowell Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, up to 2:00 p.m. July 28th, 2022, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for providing labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of Caddy Road Public Safety Building, 7816 Caddy Road, Raleigh, NC 27603 (Wake County Bid #22-054) A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting was held at the Garner Town Hall, Training room #240, 2nd floor at 900 7th Avenue, Garner, NC 27529 on July 12th, 2022 at 2:00 pm. Addendum 1 and 2 have been issued as of 7-28-2022.
