Hospital Site Improvements Kittitas Valley Healthcare hereby gives public notice of the need for materials and work for construction that conforms to all applicable public works requirements including the requirement to pay prevailing wages. If Alternate Bids change Subcontractor lists that were previously submitted, a revised Subcontractor list shall be included with the Alternate Bids indicating which Subcontractor will be used for which alternates per RCW 39.30.060. Bids delivered after the time(s) indicated above will not be accepted or considered. Bids and Bid Bond shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Contract Documents. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the deadline. Project Description: This project replaces most of the landscaping on the campus. It also makes a few modifications to the parking area and entrance drive as well as adds electric vehicle charging stations. This project also includes adding one exterior door from an existing staff lounge area that opens on a small outdoor patio. The building is a type IV-HT construction, and this space will be classified as a I-2-Occupancy.
