Central Washington University Campus Electrical Grid Security Feeder 17 Expansion Project The Work consists of the extension of medium voltage lines at the Central Washington University (CWU) campus in Ellensburg, WA. Specifically, a below-ground duct bank will be installed along the southern edge of the Wahle Apartment Complex and connect to an existing vault located in North Walnut Street. Additional conductors will be added to create a loop system for the northwest corner of campus.
