The City of St. Augustine is soliciting Bids for Phase IIA for the reconstruction of Spanish Street and Tolomato Lane, which includes curb less streets with coquina sidewalks and brick cart path. Additionally, there will be underground water and sewer upgrades, stormwater pipes and inlets, road regrading, concrete work, street lighting and landscaping. Phase IIB includes the reconfigure and reconstruction of the Tolomato lot which will add parking, commercial loading zones, a trash compactor enclosure, and a recycling enclosure. There will also be concrete pavement, pervious pavers, and loose coquina shell parking surface. improved lighting, landscaping, bike racks, a perimeter masonry wall and pedestrian connections to Spanish Street.
