Annual Asphalt Maintenance Services Contractor Shall Furnish All Labor, Materials, Equipment, and Any Other Items Necessary to Provide Asphalt Services on an as Needed Basis for Roadways Within the City of St. Augustine as Needs Are Identified and Funding Is Available. These Services Shall Primarily Include, but May Not Be Limited to Milling, Full Depth Reclamation, Cold in-place Recycling, Micro-surfacing, Pavement Marking and Striping, and Crack Sealing of Various Roadways Throughout the City of St. Augustine as Authorized by the City S Project Manager. The First Term of the Contract Will Begin October 01, 2022, and Expire September 30, 2023, and May Be Renewed by Mutual and Written Consent of Each Party for No More Than a Total of Three (3) Consecutive Years.
