1. Replace all window sealant (including hazmat abatement). 2. Install new base of wall water proofing detail. 3. Remove existing EIFS at columns to replace damaged materials including, but not limited to: insulation, framing, downpipes, etc. 4. Replace EIFS cladding on columns with new EIFS cladding to match existing. 5. Localized patched to damages EIFS. 6. Replace EPDM membrane at built-in gutters with new 2-ply membrane. 7. Install new snow guards on the South elevation metal roof. 8. Remove and replace sealant on existing snow guards. 9. All other work specified herein or noted on the drawings.
