To be considered, any tender must comply with the tender documents and be accompanied by the documents listed below: A copy of contractor's license; Copy of ISO 9001 (2015) registration and Régie du Bâtiment permit; Appendices completed and signed; Bid bond representing 10% of the amount of the bid valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening; Certificate from Revenu Québec; Letter of commitment and insurance certificate; Company resolution . The City of Beauceville does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders submitted. The City of Beauceville reserves the right to remove certain parts of the contract. End date: 26 August 2022 *Award is subject to final approval.
