All proposals must be submitted on a form provided for the purpose and must be accompanied by a bid bond made payable to the Village of Caledonia Treasurer to guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and a payment and performance bond will be furnished pursuant to s. 779.14 WI Stats., in the amount of the total contract price. The Village Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding, and to award a contract to the bidder, who will best serve the interests of the Village.
