Renovation of a municipal facility in Racine, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**Kueny Architects LLC reported that the project will not be awarded and there will be no bid tabulation.** The Project consists of the replacement of all the windows and doors of four (4) Buildings as indicated on plans. Bids will be based on a single lump sum for the following: 1. Windows & Doors (There will be several Proposals and Alternates) All Bidders will be required to submit a complete list of subcontractors with their proposals. Or within 24 hours after bid due date. All Bids will remain firm for a period of 30 days after the opening date. Successful Bidders will not be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids in their best interest.
