Description

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Racine, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

In general, the work consists of: construction of an unheated pre-engineered metal building at the Racine Readiness Center. Main work items include earth excavation, sewer and water construction, concrete pavement and sidewalk, structural concrete foundations and reinforced concrete slab on grade, electrical panel and circuit installation, lighting, and interior fencing/partitions. The MEP Subcontractor scope of work is identical to the General Prime Contractor 40 scope of work included in these bidding and contract documents. By submitting and signing a bid, 41 all bidders have examined all of the Bidding Documents listed in the Table of Contents of the project 42 specifications. The successful bidders will be required to do all work which is shown on the 43 drawings, mentioned in the specifications, or reasonably implied as necessary to complete the 44 division of work bid for this project.
