Renovation of a municipal facility in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Sealed Bids for the Following: Installation of New Electrical Service - Chelmsford Forum General Provisions All Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the Amount of 5% of the Total Bid. This May Be a Certified Check or Bid Bond, Payable to the Town of Chelmsford. the Town of Chelmsford Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informality and/or to Reject Any or All Bids if Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the Town. o New Underground Service - Contractor shall install new underground 3 phase 480v 800 amp electrical service from new pad mount transformer to building as shown on attached Electrical Plan titled "E0.0.1". Contractor shall install all primary piping from pad mount transformer to new pole as shown on print approximately 40' length away. All transformer and service grounding to be completed by Contractor. o Equipment Installation - Contractor to wire new 3phase 600 amp chiller equipment from new 480v service, approximately 60' length. o Replacement of Existing Service - Contractor shall install existing 3phase 208v 600 amp overhead service to underground service as shown on attached Electrical Plan titled "E0.01". All existing 208 equipment shall remain.
